Our digital key box lets you check in on your own around the clock, with no waiting. Check-in is possible from 2 p.m., check-out by 11 a.m. When you check out, simply drop your key at reception or, if you leave early, put it in our letterbox by the entrance. You automatically receive everything you need before you arrive.

Our reception is staffed daily from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Outside those hours you can reach us by phone, email or WhatsApp; check-in always works via the key box.

Yes, you can use free Wi-Fi throughout the house.

We do not offer room service, but the rooms are cleaned daily.

Pets are allowed on request and for a surcharge. Simply let us know in advance.

Unfortunately our hotel is not wheelchair accessible.

On weekdays from 7:00 to 9:30 a.m., at the weekend from 7:30 to 10:00 a.m.

You can add our breakfast buffet to your stay at any time for € 15 per person. Vegetarian and gluten-free options are available on request.

Our rates are per room and night, based on the daily price. Booking direct is always the best price.

You pay conveniently on site by debit or credit card. We accept VISA, MasterCard and EC/debit cards, as well as cash. You do not need to transfer the amount in advance; you pay on arrival or during your stay.

Cancellation is free of charge until 6 p.m. on the day of arrival.

On Rothenbaumchaussee in Rotherbaum, a short walk from the Alster. The Hallerstraße underground station is across the road, and the trade fair, Dammtor station and the city centre are quickly reached.

We do not have our own car park. Around the hotel you park at public ticket machines; a day ticket costs € 10 (for example Johnsallee, Hallerstraße or Hansastraße). You pay at the machine or easily via the EasyPark app. Outside the parking zones, hourly rates apply. You will find all the details on the Location page.

Yes, you can stop right in front of the hotel to load and unload. Public parking is then available in the surrounding streets.

The Hallerstraße underground station (U1) is right across from the hotel. The airport is about 24 minutes away by underground.

You will find all kinds of restaurants and cafés around the hotel, all just a few minutes on foot. From Italian to Asian, there is something for every taste.

We do not offer our own laundry service, but there is a launderette directly across from the hotel.
